How does the image upscaler work?
An AI model trained on high-resolution photos enlarges your image 2x or 4x and fills in detail, so edges stay sharper than with ordinary resizing.
How big can my image be?
Images up to about 1000 pixels on the long side are upscaled 4x, and up to 2000 pixels 2x. Larger images are reduced to that size first.
Can I upscale an image to 300 DPI?
Yes. Tick Save at 300 DPI. The result has 2x or 4x the pixels and the 300 DPI setting, so it prints larger and sharper. The DPI calculator shows how big it will print.
Is my image uploaded?
No. The AI model is downloaded to your browser and runs there, so your image never leaves your device.
