What size is a passport photo in India?
The usual Indian passport size photo is 3.5 x 4.5 cm. Indian visa and OCI applications use 2 x 2 inches.
How do I print passport photos?
Download the sheet and print it at 100% size, not fit to page. A 4 x 6 inch sheet holds 8 copies of a 3.5 x 4.5 cm photo, or 6 copies of a 2 x 2 inch photo printed edge to edge.
Can I change the background to white?
Yes. Choose White, Light grey or Light blue under Background. A small AI model finds you in the photo and replaces everything else. Check the edges around your hair before printing.
Will my photo be accepted?
The sizes and head guide follow each country's published rules, but rules change and some offices add their own, such as no glasses. Check the official guidance before you apply.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The photo and the background model both run in your browser, so your photo never leaves your device.
